When a practitioner is deleted from the system, the impact on reports depends on whether the report is based on a practitioner or an order.
Practitioner-based reports — the appointment will be removed and will not be accessible.
Order-based reports — the appointment will still be accessible.
Calendar & Schedule View
Once a practitioner is deleted, their appointments will no longer be visible in the calendar or schedule view, as the practitioner no longer appears there so their bookings won't be visible either.

In the order details of the individual orders, the deleted practitioner's name still appears as it's linked to the appointment...

Filtering by a Deleted Practitioner
In the Appointments and Sold Items reports, you can filter by practitioner. However, a deleted practitioner will not appear in the filter list as they no longer exist in the system.
If you need to filter by a deleted practitioner, you will need to export the report and apply the filter within the exported file.
