To access a report on your sold items head to Reports > Sold items.

This report lists items sold in all submitted orders that have a revenue date between the chosen dates.

Note that orders containing only products have a revenue date of when they are checked out, so those orders will not appear in this report until they are checked out.

You can change the date range by selecting a date from the drop down menu. You can filter by a date range or a single date.

The report will list...

  • Revenue date - the date of the booking

  • Order ref

  • Item - if more than one retail product has been sold, it will display a quantity

  • Item type - appointment/ session/ package/ product

  • Sold by - this column will show you who sold the item

  • Net total - this will show you the net total for that item

On this report you can use filters to filter the orders that will appear in the report. To do this select 'Add filter':

You can filter by:

  • Offering type - to filter by this toggle 'Offering type' on. Then select the offering type from the drop down menu. Choose from appointment/ area booking/ package/ product/ session. Keep selecting the 'Offering type' filter to tick/ untick other offering types too.

  • Offerings - to filter by this toggle 'Offerings' on. Then select the offerings from the drop down menu. Keep selecting the 'Offerings' filter to tick/ untick other offerings too. You should toggle this on after toggling on the specific 'Offering type' filter, to further filter down your search.

  • Sold by - to filter by this toggle 'Sold by' on. Then select the practitioner/ user from the drop down menu. Keep selecting the 'Sold by' filter to tick/untick other practitioners/ users too.

  • Received date - to filter by this toggle 'Received date' on. Then select the date range.

  • Labels - to filter by Order labels toggle 'Labels' on. Then select the labels from the drop down menu. This will then show you orders within the date range with this order label. Keep selecting the 'Labels' filter to tick/ untick other offerings too.

To remove the filters you have selected press 'X' next to the filter.

The 'Sold by' filter is a great tool to use if you work on commission as you will be able to see a report of all the orders sold by a certain user/ practitioner.

If you want further information you can export this report by selecting the 'Export' button. Here you can save/ print if needed.

In the export there will be additional columns:

  • Sold on - list the date the item was sold

  • Quantity - quantity sold

  • Total cost - gross amount

  • Total cost minus order discount - if the order has been discounted this column will show you the discounted gross amount

  • Net total minus order discount - if the order has been discounted this column will show you the discounted net amount

  • Sales Channel - The user applied sales channels from your settings, and the automatic 'website' sales channel for online orders.
