If you would prefer to see your practitioner occupancy by day you can use this report. To access your practitioner occupancy by date report head to Reports > Practitioner occupancy.

The report will list the practitioner occupancy by date instead of by practitioner like the 'Practitioner utilisation' report.

The dates displayed are all the dates within the date range selected, you can change the date range by selecting a new date from the drop down calendar and utilize the Zones Filter.

The report is broken down by:

  • Date - the report groups all the practitioners that worked on that day into one date.

  • Available hours - these are the amount of available hours all the practitioner has based on their rotas

  • Blocked hours - these are any blocked times that have been added to this date in the calendar. This is could be lunch breaks, meetings etc.

  • Appointment hours - these are the amount of hours that are occupied by treatments that day

  • Session hours - these are the amount of hours that are occupied by sessions that day

At the top of the report, you will also be able to see a total for all these columns.

You can export this report into a spreadsheet, to do this select 'Export' and there you can then save/ print if needed.
