To access your practitioner utilisation report head to Reports > Practitioner utilisation.

The report will display information on the utilisation of your practitioners based on the date range you have selected. It will also show you how much net revenue they have generated. You can alter the date range by selecting on the current date and choosing a new date from the drop down calendar.



The report will list:

  • Appointments - the total number of appointments this practitioner has within the date range

  • Net revenue - the amount of net revenue the practitioner has generated based on the appointments they are booked in for

  • Available hours - these are the amount of available hours the practitioner has based on their rota

  • Blocked hours - these are any blocked times that have been added to this practitioner in the calendar. This could be lunch breaks, meetings etc.

  • Appointment hours - these are the amount of hours that the practitioner has treatments booked in for

  • Session hours - these are the amount of hours that the practitioner has sessions booked in for

You will also find a zone filter on this report where you can filter by different zones of the business that you may have set-up. See guide on Zones for more information on the benefits of assigning your resources to Zones.

You can export this report into a spreadsheet, to do this select 'Export' and there you can then save/ print if needed.
