You can associate a wristband to a client within an order. In order to do this you can head to the order and then select the "Guests" tab. The guest in the order must have a "lead booker" or "customer" label next to their name...
You'll then have the option to select the three dots next to the name and "Start check-in".
In terms of which wristbands are supported, you can use any MIFARE wristbands.

You have a Trybe Pay terminal set up for your site
You have wristbands ready to be associated with your clients
The guest you are trying to "Start check-in" for is either a "Lead booker" or "Customer".
Once you select "Start check-in" there are a few steps to complete...
STEP 1: Intake forms
If the client hasn't yet completed their intake form and an intake form is required it will warn you of this...
Therefore, this gives you the option to prompt the guest to fill out the intake form before proceeding. Or if you do not need the guest to fill out their intake form now then you can choose to "Skip this step" and it will take you to Step 2.
STEP 2: Wristband association
In this step you can choose from the Trybe Pay card readers that you would like to scan from. Once selected you can then scan the wristband on the card reader and it will then be associated to this client in the order.
In terms of which wristbands are supported, you can use any MIFARE wristbands.
STEP 3: Payment method association:
Here you can choose if you would like to associate a payment method to the wristband (you can skip this step if you don't want to link a payment method to the wristband)...
If you want to associate a payment method with a wristband, you will need to have enabled this in your Trybe Pay settings.
If there is a card already linked to this client profile then you can select this payment method or you can choose to associate a different payment method here if you want...
STEP 4: Complete check in:
The final step is to "complete check in"...
The client will then have a "Checked in" stamp next to them in the "Guests" tab with the date and time the check in was complete...
If you have associated a payment method to a wristband then this guest can use their wristband to make payments.
