To access your Trybe Pay settings head to Settings > Manage Integrations > Trybe Pay...

Onboarding

Onboarding status - if this is "Enabled" you'll be able to process customer payments and receive payouts from Trybe.

If you select "Go to onboarding" you'll be taken to an Adyen (powers Trybe pay) page where you can provide the bank account details and information about your business and decision makers to comply with banking regulations.

How do I change the bank account details for my payouts?

To change your Bank Details, you'll need to log in to Trybe > head to Settings > Manage Integrations > Trybe Pay > Go to Onboarding > Add Extra Bank Account. (DO NOT DELETE YOUR CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT LINKED)

You'll need to then go through the process of setting this up.

⚠ PLEASE NOTE: If you are setting up a new back account this will put your Account into a Verification process which will pause your payouts (you'll still be able to take customer payments but won't receive the daily payouts to your Bank account)

Once Adyen has verified your Bank Account (this can take up to 2 working days) > you'll need to inform us and at that point we'll need to reprocess your missed payouts and direct them to your new Bank Account and also activate new payouts to go to your New Bank Account.

You can then delete your old bank account.

Wristband payments

If you want to allow wristband payments then you can head to Settings > Manage Integrations > Trybe Pay > scroll to "Wristband payments" section...

Here you can choose if you want to be able to take payments through wristbands associated to your customers. You have the following options...

  • Enable wristband payments - if toggled this on this will mean when a wristband device gets associated with a customer and a payment method, it can then can be used to take payments from a card reader.

    • Enable terminal-initiated payments - this option will only appear once you toggle on "Enable wristband payments". If you toggle on "Enable terminal-initiated payments" it will allow wristband payments to be initiated from the card reader.

      • Once you "Enable terminal-initiated payments", a "Retail product" field will appear so you can choose a retail product from the drop down list. For whichever retail product you select here, it will then mean when a payment is initiated from a card reader, a new order will be created with the selected retail product attached.

Please note: in order to use the "wristband payments" functionality, you must have a Trybe Pay Terminal set up.

Terminals

To access the list of terminals you have linked to your site you can head to Settings > Manage Integrations > Trybe Pay > scroll to "Terminals" section:

Here you will see a list of your Trybe terminals (powered by Adyen).

It will display the terminal type and serial number. You can then rename the terminal by selecting the three dots > Rename > enter in the name you want > Submit.

If you have set up a terminal and it isn't appearing in the list, all you need to do is select "Reload" and this will refresh the list of terminals so the new additions should appear.
