After logging in, or upon creating a new account on the shopfront (here's the guide on how clients can access their account on the shopfront), clients will have access to the following categories in their account:

Account details

Mobile Wallet:

If your site has enabled Mobile passes, the client will be able to add a mobile wallet through this section. You will find more information about this in the guide on how to add the pass to their wallet.

Your details:

This section allows the client to view their information, such as their first name, last name, email address, and phone number linked to their account. If they need to change any of these details, they can do so and click 'Update details' to save the changes. The email address cannot be updated by the client (this is why it is greyed out). They will need to contact your site to have it updated if necessary > This can be updated through the client’s profile in the app.

Marketing:

This will display all the marketing preferences your site has set up, and the client will be able to select their preferences from here. If they make any changes, they can click on 'Update marketing preferences' to save them.

Orders

From the Orders section, clients will be able to see their future bookings under the 'Upcoming' tab. They can also view all their past bookings under the 'Previous' tab.

By clicking on 'View and manage order' clients will be able to see more details of their booking, including:

  • Order number

  • Date and time the order was placed

  • Name of the person the order was placed for

  • Name of the offering

  • Date of the booking

  • Time and duration

  • Price (including any applied discounts)

If your site has enabled customer cancellation through the shopfront, and the offering is eligible for cancellation, your client will be able to cancel their booking through the 'Cancel' button.

Membership

The 'Membership' tab will show the client the membership linked to their account, providing the following information:

  • Membership name with the status displayed next to it

  • Membership rate

  • Membership start date

  • Next billing date

  • Membership number

  • Membership end date (If there is one): Indeed, if the membership has no end date (i.e. it is shown as N/A in the app), no membership end date will be displayed on the client’s account.

  • Payment method: Here the client can update their membership payment method by clicking on "Edit Payment". So if the client needs to change the bank card linked to their membership, they can do so here. The next membership payment will then be taken from the updated payment method.

  • Recent charges: This section will show the charges for the membership, and when any are available, the client will have the option to download them by clicking on "Download", which will generate a PDF receipt that the client can save.

Credits

The 'Credits' section will show all credits associated with the client, whether linked to their membership or received from a course. From this page, the client can see all credits, including when each was issued and when it will expire.

If a user has a membership and wants to book an offering that is available only to members, they need to make sure they are logged into their account in order to see the offering appearing on the shopfront. Once logged in, they will be able to apply the credits associated with their account if applicable.

Log out

When clicking on it, the client is logged out of their account.
