You are able to edit your shop front through the Trybe app. To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings
The shop settings that you can manage are:
Shop subdomain
Logo
Hero image
Website icon
Social media links
Redirect link
Branding
Layout
Features
Advanced settings
You can then also select the 'Offering order' tab to alter the order of your offerings!
Make your way through the sections below to see what you can do for each section.
Shop subdomain
To choose/ edit the shop subdomain head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Shop subdomain.
The shop subdomain is the link to your Trybe branded shop frontend.
Here you can choose the link for your shop front.
All of the shop frontend links will end with '.try.be', you can enter the start of the URL.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Logo
You can select the logo that will displayed on the shop front.
To add/ edit the logo head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Logo.
Here you can simply drop the image into the box or select 'browse files'.
The max size for the logo is 1mb and the supported extensions are .png and .jpg.
To remove the logo simply press the 'Remove' button next to the image.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Hero image
Choose the image displayed at the top of your shop.
To add/ edit the hero image head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Hero image.
Here you can simply drop the image into the box or select 'browse files'.
The max size for the hero image is 1mb and the supported extensions are .png and .jpg
The aspect ratio of the image should be 5 / 2.25. If the image is larger than this, when you save, the image will be cropped so that it satisfies the aspect ratio 5 / 2.25.
This image will be the main thing your customers see when going onto the shop!
To remove the hero image simply press the 'Remove' button next to the image.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Website icon
Choose the website icon (favicon)! This is the small icon that is displayed on the browser tab.
To add/ edit the Website icon head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Website icon.
Here you can simply drop the image into the box or select 'browse files'.
The max size for the Website icon is 1mb and the supported extensions are .png and .jpg
To remove the Website icon simply press the 'Remove' button next to the uploaded image.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Social media links
You can also set up your social media links too!
To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Social media links.
Here you will be able to add links so your customers can check out your social media pages! You can add links for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
The links will appear at the bottom of your shop in the footer as shown below.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Redirect link
Would you like a way to redirect your customers back to your website? Well, you can set a redirect link if you would like!
To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Redirect link.
Here you will be able to enter the URL so when on the shop front if your customers select the logo or the home button they will get redirected to the URL you enter here!
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Branding
You can choose/ edit the branding of the shop.
To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Branding.
Here you will be able to select:
Accent colour -this is the colour used on call to action buttons
Accent text colour - this is the colour used when the background is the accent colour
You will also be able to see a 'Preview' showing you what the accent colour and accent text colour will look like when on the shop front. This will allow you to check if these colours match/ clash/ don't show up well etc.
This screenshot from the shop front highlights some examples of where the accent colour will appear, it is visible throughout the whole shop.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Layout
You can choose the layout of your shop.
To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Layout.
Here you can you select whether you want the layout to be 3 or 4 offerings wide. Simply select from the drop down menu.
Please see the following screenshots for the two different layout choices.
Please note that your shop is responsive, so we will the size of the grid depending on the screen size of the device. For example, on a phone it will be 1 offering wide.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Features
You can control the functionality enabled on your shop. To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings > Features.
Here you will have the following options:
Enable account creation - When enabled guests will be able to create their own account via the shop front. Disabling this will hide the create account button on login pages.
Enable customer cancellation - Decide whether customers should be allowed to cancel items online (where the item allows it). To enable this toggle on the button. If toggled on customers will be able to cancel an item online if the offering has 'Customer cancellation' set up too! See guide here on how to enable cancellation of individual offerings!
Hide memberships - If you toggle this on, it will remove the membership button from your shop front. If this option is toggle off, the membership button will be visible on your shopfront
Hide vouchers - If you toggle this on, it will remove the voucher button from your shop front. If this option is toggle off, the voucher button will be visible on your shopfront
Enable maximum guests for online booking - If you toggle this on, a box will appear where you can enter in the number of guests you want i.e. 4. This will mean that no more than 4 guests will be accepted in a single online booking. For more info on view the guide here!
Enforce separate first and last names for guests - If you toggle this on, the booking engine will require all guests to provide their first and last names separately when making a booking. Please note if toggled on, this feature will also apply to bookings taken manually in the app too not just bookings on the shop front.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save' to save any changes made.
Advanced settings
You can also set up some advanced settings! To do this head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Advanced settings.
Here you will have two options:
Hide from search engines - When enabled, none of your pages will be listed in search engines but they will still be accessible when accessed via the URL. To enable this toggle on the button.
Enable Custom Cookie Banner - When this option is activated, the Trybe cookie banner is removed from your store.
When the Custom Cookie Banner is enabled, you MUST replace Trybe's banner with your own to comply with EU regulations. This will be the responsibility of the person(s) who manage your website and domain. This could be a web agency or your marketing team who will need to organise a replacement of the cookie consent banner to appear on the Trybe shop.
