Do you want to set up mobile passes for your guests that can be scanned to check them in? Well, you can configure your mobile passes in settings!
Head to Settings > Manage integrations > Mobile passes > Configure.
The first option within this configuration is the 'Enabled' button, you can toggle this on once you have created your mobile pass and are happy for it to be downloaded by your customers via their My Account page on the shop front!
On this page you can configure your mobile pass that will be used by your guests. You can choose:
Background colour- Select the background colour of the pass
Text colour - Select the text colour of the pass. This text colour will only be used for Apple passes. The text colour for Google passes is automatically set and cannot be modified.
Label colour - Select the text colour for labels on the pass. This label colour will only be used for Apple passes. The label colour for Google passes is automatically set and cannot be modified.
Icon - Drop the image here or browse your files. This will be a square icon of your brand. This is used for the top left icon on Google passes, but is not displayed on Apple passes. It will also displayed next to notifications about the pass, for both Google and Apple passes. The required dimensions are 58x58 px. The logo is a required feature for the mobile pass- if no logo is added the pass will not be able to be generated.
Logo - The logo will appear on the top left of your pass. Horizontal logos work best here. The minimum dimensions are 60x60 px and the maximum dimensions are 600x60 px. This image is optional but recommended.
Strip - The strip appears in the middle of Apple passes, and along the bottom for Google passes. The required dimensions are 620x168 px.
This image is optional but recommended.
Once you have filled in the required fields you will then be able to see a Preview of what the mobile pass will look like. You will be able to see this for Apple and Google (Android) as the passes will look slightly different!
Please note, the previews should be used as a guide only. Actual passes may appear differently between devices, OS versions and locales.
Remember to 'Save changes' when you make any changes to your mobile passes.
If the 'Enabled' button is not toggled on then your guests will not be able to download their mobile pass so remember to toggle on the 'Enabled' button when you have finished configuring!
