Not able to log in to Trybe as much as you'd like?
No worries, we have a few reports and emails that you can sign up to receive to your own email address to keep you updated on New Orders, Membership actions and End of day revenue.
You can manage your email notification directly from your Trybe account settings.
Log in to your Trybe account.
Go to your Settings page.
Scroll down to the My Account section.
Select Email Notifications.
Alternatively, you can select your Account Initials in the top left of the screen
You’ll see three sections:
End of Day Summary - receive an overview of your revenue and payments taken the previous day
Memberships - receive email notifications about failed payments, revoked mandates, and memberships that are about to expire.
Orders - receive email notifications every time an Online and/or Manual order is placed
End of Day Summary
This notification will opt you in to receive a daily summary of revenue, payments and operational statistics. This report will be emailed to you after 2am every day.
Membership Notifications
Under the Memberships section, you’ll find three notification options:
Notification Type | What You’ll Receive |
Failed Payments | An email whenever a direct debit payment fails. |
Revoked Mandates | A notification when a direct debit mandate has been revoked. |
Expiring Soon | A summary of all memberships expiring within the next 7 days. |
These notifications make it easy to keep track of your memberships without needing to check your account manually.
Order Notifications
Under the Order Notifications, you'll find two notification options:
Notifications | What you'll receive |
New Order | an email will be sent to your inbox when a new order is placed internally by a user or by a customer on the shopfront |
New Shopfront Order | an email will be sent to your inbox when a new order has been place online by a customer on the shopfront |
How to Subscribe
Find the notification you wish to subscribe to, select the toggle next to the notification type you want.
A confirmation box will appear asking:
“Are you sure you want to subscribe to [notification type]?”Click Subscribe to confirm.
You’ll see a success message:
“You’re successfully subscribed.”
Once subscribed, Trybe will automatically send you email notifications for that category.
How to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time.
Go back to the Email Notifications page.
Select the toggle button again next to the notification you want to stop.
Confirm by selecting Unsubscribe in the pop-up window.
You’ll see a message confirming that you’ve successfully unsubscribed.
