In order to view/ purchase 'Members only' offerings the membership must be in an 'Active' state.
If the membership is in any other state i.e. 'Needs attention', the client will not be able to book onto this offering.
For example, if a session type is set up to be 'Members only' then only those with 'Active' memberships can purchase this session. (Guide on memberships in with an 'Active' status) If the session has the visibility set to 'Public' and 'Members only' is toggled on, this means that the customer will not be able to view the session on the shop front unless they are logged in as an 'Active' member.
How can I make an offering available to members only?
If you would like an offering to only be bookable by those that are members then you need to head to Settings > Appointment types/ Session types/ Packages etc > choose the specific offering > head to the Members settings section. Here you can then toggle on 'Members only'. You can add further restrictions as to which membership types can book the offering. Please view the guide on this here for more info when setting this up!
