To access your wearables and passes report head to Reports > Customers > Wearables and passes.
What the report includes:
This report will list any wearables (wristbands) or passes that are associated to your clients. This report does not show any "Default pass", this report will only show "Custom associated passes"...
The report will list:
Code - this is the exact code for the wearable/ pass
Customer - the name and email address of the customer. You can select directly on their name to be taken to their profile
Order - if the wearable/ pass is linked to an order, the order ref will appear here and you can select directly on the order ref to be taken to the order. If no order is linked this will be left blank.
Payment method - if a payment method has been linked to the wearable, the payment method will show here with the last 4 digits of the card. If no payment method is linked this will be left blank.
Associated at - the date and time the wearable/ pass was associated with the customer
Expires at - the date and time the wearable/ pass is set to expire
Filters:
If you "Add filter" you can toggle on the following filters...
Created date - use this filter if you want to see wearables/ passes created between a set date range
Expires date - use this filter if you want to see wearables/ passes that are set to expire between a set date range
Associating/ dissociating order/ payment and setting expiry date:
You can select the three dots next to a particular wearable/ pass in the list and you will have the following options...
Dissociate - is you select this the wearable/ pass will be removed from the client straight away
Set expiry date - this allows you to choose the date and time you want the pass/ wearable to expire. A pop up will appearing allowing you to set the date/ time...
Clear expiry - this option will only appear if the pass has an expiry date set. Selecting this will remove the expiry date
Associate to order - if you select this a pop up will appear where you can search for an order that you want to link to the wearable/ pass. Once you select on the order, click "associate" to associate the order...
Dissociate order - This option will only appear if you have an order associated to the wearable/ pass. If you select this the order will be dissociated immediately.
Associate to card - if you select this option you will be able to associate a card to the wearable/ pass. You will only be able to do this if you have a Trybe Pay terminal set up. As you will need to select a Trybe pay terminal to activate and you can then present the card to link to the wearable/ pass.
