Do you have a member in need of changing their payment method ?
Good news, your members can update their payment method from their Account on the shop.
To do so, they will need to sign in with their email address and password.
They will then need to head to their profile > click on 'membership'
From there, next to the 'Payment method' they will be able to Edit the payment.
They will be redirected to the Adyen Payment platform and will be prompted to enter their new payment method.
Once the details are saved, the membership will now have this new payment method linked to it so the next membership charge will then be taken via this new payment method.
