Do you have members requesting a receipt for their membership charges?
Good news, your members can download their receipts from their Account on the shop or any user can download a receipt for a member within Trybe. Once downloaded the membership receipt will open in a PDF, from here you will be able to save/ print the receipt.
The membership receipt will list:
Membership number
Date the payment was paid
Membership type and which billing period this payment was for
Sub total
VAT (20% for UK based sites)
Total
Payment information - This will only appear if it was a payment taken by direct debit. Here it will display the last 4 digits of the account number.
Tax info (Registered address and tax ID for your business)
Press the steps below to see how you can download a receipt via Trybe and how a customer can download a receipt on the shop :)
Download a receipt as a user on the app
To download a receipt within the app head to the Clients tab > select on a client.
Expand the membership so you can see the recent charges. Next to each recent charge you can select the three dots > Download receipt.
When you have downloaded the receipt you will then be able to save the receipt and send it onto the customer!
Download a receipt as a user on the shop front
Customers will also be able to download their membership receipts themselves via the shop front.
To do this they will have to be logged in with the account that has the membership. Once logged in they can head to the person icon > Memberships. From here you will be able to see a list of their memberships. Next to each recent charge there is a 'Download' button. If pressed this will generate the membership receipt.
