The way to add a tip to an order is to add a retail product into your Trybe store (settings>offerings>retail products) named 'tip/gratuity/ service charge' and mark it as £0 price, then add it to the order you want to, and change the price by clicking on the three dots > Change price
We recommend creating a revenue centre for tip/gratuity/ service charge, as this will allow you to link this retail item so it can be easily located in your reports.
The sold items report will be the most helpful report to use at the end of the day/week/month to calculate the tips due to each team member.
