If you use Avvio (Allora.ai) for online Hotel bookings, you can now link your Spa Treatments and Packages to the booking flow. You will be able to provide your customers with the ability to either:

  • book a Spa Package, Appointment, Session or Area booking type that is included in the Hotel Package

  • book a Spa Package, Appointment, Session or Area booking type in addition to the Hotel Package

To begin the set up firstly you will want to get in touch with our Support team so we can activate the configuration settings. You will also need to get in touch with the Avvio team as there will be some set up configuration for the Avvio team to complete.

Once you have heard back from Avvio and ready to begin on the set up there will be a couple of things within Trybe to complete.

Create the Offering Type(s) in Trybe

If you are already set up on Trybe then you may not need to complete this step as you may have the Treatments and Packages etc already created in Trybe.

However, if you are new to Trybe and need to create your Offering Types or if for the Integration you will need to create new Packages or Treatments in Trybe, then the below links will guide you through the process.

TIP! If you have Overnight packages which include a spa package that can be booked across different dates of their stay, you will need to create a package for each day they need to book a spa element in.

For example - let's say for one of your overnight packages the customer must book their treatment on the first day and then on the second day they need to book facility access and can book a class or afternoon tea. You would therefore need to create a Package for Day 1 which will give them the treatment choice and make sure to add as much details in the title and description of the package to make it clear they need to book this on the first day. Then you would create another package for Day 2 for them to book the facility access and afternoon tea etc. Then as you can see in the screenshot, the guest can choose the relevant date and select the required package to book. Please see the link for steps on how to create Packages to start building these!

Enable the Offering Type(s) on Avvio (Allora.ai)

Once you have created the relevant Offering Types you will need to enable those particular Offerings for Avvio to use on the Booking Engine.

To do this, head to Settings > Integrations > Manage Integrations > Booking Engine > Avvio > Configure.

This will take you to view a list of all of your Offerings created in Trybe, you can navigate through each Offering Type i.e. Packages / Appointments / Sessions / Area Booking Types and then next to each offering click on the toggle to turn it blue to enable this for Avvio bookings.

Once you have selected all Offerings you want customers to be able to book on the Avvio booking engine scroll down to the bottom of the page to select SAVE.

Now you have enabled the offerings, the next part of the set up is completed by the Avvio team. Please make contact with Avvio at this stage.

The Avvio team will work with you to ensure the relevant Offerings are bookable for a particular Rate Plan(s).

Please note: You can select Appointment Types that you have set the Visibility as Private (i.e. to not be bookable on your Trybe Shop) to be bookable on Avvio. Therefore if you ever change an Appointment Type from Public to Private on the Trybe shop, and it is configured to link to Avvio, it will still be available on Avvio.

To stop it from appearing on Avvio for customers to book, you will need to de-select it from the list in your Avvio Configuration section.

Once you have completed set up with the Avvio team your Customers will be able to see an additional "Add a Spa Treatment or Activity" on the Avvio checkout.

They will be able to select "Explore" to take them to a list of Treatments, Packages and Activities that can be booked as part of or additional to that Rate Plan.
