Set up integration with our fiscalisation partner Fiskaly.

Do you have a site in Spain that you need to set up to generate fiscalised reciepts compliant with Spanish Law? If so, you can integrate with our partner Fiskaly who can help you comply with TicketBAI, Verifactu, NaTicket, and the Anti-Fraud Law through a single API.

For sites set up with Spanish fiscalisation, Trybe will generate receipts that are compliant with the Spanish Anti-Fraud Law.

Setting up your integration

If you would like to set up your integration with Fiskaly, please get in contact with [email protected], or get in touch with your onboarding executive with the following information:

  • Site details: site name, address, postcode

  • Legal business details: legal name of the business and tax ID

  • Territory the site belongs to

Our tech team will set up your site with our partner Fiskaly, who use the transaction data from Trybe to create fiscalised receipts and the data for fiscalisation reports which you can export via Trybe.

Viewing Fiscalised receipts in an order

Once a order has been paid for and checked out, this can be viewed in the ledger of the order.

In the ledger there will be a Fiscalisation section. Next to the item you can use the three dots to view the details or receipt of a transaction.

Receipts will appear in a new window, where there is a print option.

Receipt layout is as below, with a tax breakdown at item level.

In order for the receipts to display the tax information, please ensure you have filled out your Tax information in your settings under Marketing & comms/ Legal.

Tax information for the guests can be added in the Guest tab:

Fiscal receipts are generated automatically when an order is checked out, and when an order is refunded. When an order is checked out, a receipt will be automatically sent to the lead booker, and also if the order is refunded.

If you process a refund, you will generate a new line in the fiscalisation ledger:

And a new receipt to view/print:

These receipts are then sent to our integration partner for 'fiscalisation' where they are verified and archived in line with legal requirements.
