Set up integration with our fiscalisation partner fiskaltrust.
Do you have a site in France that you need to set up to generate fiscalised receipts compliant with French law? Trybe is certified with LNE (Certification caisse) and integrates with our partner fiskaltrust, so that all transactions are digitally signed, stored and archived in line with the requirements of Article 88 of the 2016 Finance Law (No. 2015-1785), which requires cash register systems to meet the conditions of data inalterability, security, conservation and archival.
For sites set up with French fiscalisation, Trybe will generate receipts that are compliant with French law. The app is only available in English, but all customer-facing communication (such as emails and printed receipts) is available in French or other selected languages depending on the operator and customer preferences.
Setting up your integration
Before receipts can be fiscalised, the integration with fiskaltrust must be set up and configured within Trybe.
In Trybe, click on Settings and choose Manage integrations. Scroll down to find the Fiskaltrust integration panel.
In the Fiskaltrust settings screen, you will see:
The CashBox ID set up in the fiskaltrust portal for your site
The Access token that relates to the CashBox ID provided
Both of these will be set up by your Trybe Onboarding Specialist.
Once these settings have been set up, you can click Test connection to check connectivity with fiskaltrust.
The sales process
The first step in the sales process is creating an Order, which you can do by clicking the + button in the top right of the screen. This will open the Order Details screen where products or services may be added to the Order by clicking one of the 'Add' buttons.
Depending on the type of product or service being added, you will be guided through a process of configuring the item before it is added to the order - for example choosing the type of appointment, its time, duration and therapist.
When the item has been added to the Order it will initially be in a 'reserved' state. Click Confirm to confirm the reservation. When the Order has been confirmed it can then be paid by clicking the Pay button, then choosing a payment method and continuing to process the payment.
As soon as payment is added, a fiscal receipt document will automatically be attached to the Order, with the payment recorded as a payment for a 'deposit', since the service will not usually have been provided at this point. You can find this on the Ledger tab on the Order.
A receipt may be printed using the print button on the order. You can also send an 'Order summary' email, which includes all tax breakdowns and the details from fiscalised receipts, by changing to the Messages tab, clicking the Summary button and choosing 'Send email'.
Increasing the price of an item
Before an order has been checked out, users may increase the price of an item.
While viewing the details of the order, click the three dots next to the item you wish to edit and click Change price. Enter the new price, which must be higher than the original price.
To reduce the price of an item, a discount must be applied as described in the following section.
Discounting an item
Before an order has been checked out, users may apply a discount to reduce the price of an item.
While viewing the details of the order, click the three dots next to the item you wish to edit and click Add discount. Select the type of the discount, update the amount and click Apply discount. The price of the item will be updated to reflect the discount.
Checking out
Once the purchased services have been provided, the order may be checked out, after which the items may not be modified except to be refunded.
Checking out the order automatically generates a fiscal receipt in Trybe and submits the details for fiscalisation. This receipt includes a redemption of the deposit that was recorded when the payment was added, and lists all of the line items and tax rates that were included in the order.
As above, a receipt may be printed or emailed to the customer, and all fiscalisation details will be included on the receipt.
Refunding
If a refund needs to be given, open the required order and go to the Payments tab. Click the three dots next to the payment you want to refund, and click Refund.
You will be prompted to choose which item should be refunded. Select the item and then click Refund.
Periodic closings
The fiscalisation integration requires various periodic closings to be performed, which involve special 'receipt' messages being sent from Trybe to fiskaltrust.
These actions are performed automatically on Trybe servers at midnight every night, so you don't need to do anything. The following actions are sent:
An archive action at midnight every night
A daily action after the archive action at midnight every night
A monthly action after the daily action at midnight on the first of the month
A yearly action after the monthly action at midnight on the first of the year
The details of the periodic closings may be seen in the Fiscalisation actions report. You can view details of the response from fiskaltrust by clicking the three dots and selecting View details.

Viewing all fiscal receipts
