If you are able to print a test receipt from the Trybe Esc/Pos Connector app but not print from the order screen in Trybe this points towards a connection issue where the application isn't connected to Trybe.
This is most often down to a firewall configuration issue.
In these cases you will need to ensure that your firewall allows inbound connections on port 8883 on the hostname *.iot.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com
