To change the price of an item in an order, simply head to the order > Next to the item, click on three dots > Change price:
A pop-window will appear where you will be able to update the price > then select 'Update':
Please note: The price of an item within an order can only be changed to a value higher than the original price. If you enter a price lower than the original, an error message will appear below the price stating: "Cannot be lower than the original price" as shown below:
If you want to decrease the price of an item within the order, you will need to apply a discount. You can do this in one of two ways:
Click the three dots next to the item and select "Add discount" to apply a discount to that specific item.
Or click "Discount" on the left-hand side of the order to apply a discount to the entire order.
