You can now offer your guests the chance to see, at a glance, when their favourite appointment is unavailable and the date it is next available!
To view this feature, head to your Trybe Shop, select your preferred date (optional: select “Category” from the drop down menu) and press “Search”:
If the appointment you’d like to choose isn’t available on the specific date, the system will show you the following result:
The available appointments will appear as usual; the ones not available on the preferred date will show in paler colours and, in the reference image, will have the “next available booking” date notice.
When you click on the unavailable appointment, you will be redirected to the dedicated page with more details; in the calendar, the unavailable days will show in paler colour, won’t be clickable and will have a strike-through.
On the main page of your Trybe shop, there is also the option to see only the available offerings for the chosen date - the toggle below, if activated, will show just the available appointments for your chosen date, after selecting it:
Once this is active, the system will remove all the Offerings that are not available on the chosen date; the toggle will then read as “Show unavailable offerings”:
