If you do not want the customer to have the choice to select the time for a slot when booking a specific package choice then you can turn on 'Auto-select timeslot'.

To do this head to Settings > Packages > select a package > Package choices > select 'More options' on the choice you want to enable this for > toggle on 'Auto-select timeslot'.

Remember to select 'Save' on the choice to save these changes.

Once this is toggled on this will mean that the slot for this choice will be automatically selected. Trybe will automatically pick the best timeslot for this option, the customer will not be able to choose the time for this choice.

Please note that this feature will only be applicable on the shop front. When booking a package choice that has 'Auto-select timeslot' toggle on in the app, the slots will not automatically be selected, the user will have to select the slots manually.

How will this work when a customer is booking on the shop?

If 'Auto-select timeslot' is toggled on for a choice that a customer is booking on the shop then they will not be able to select a timeslot, the time will be automatically selected for them.

For example, in the gif you can see that for the first 2 choices in the package the customer is able to select the timeslot they want from the time slots provided. However, for the third choice 'Treatment' there is no option to select the time. This is because 'Auto-select timeslot' is toggled on for this choice.

Once the package is added to the basket, the time slot is then visible as the system has chosen the best timeslot for this option.

If you would prefer the client to not see the time that has been selected by the system either then you can toggle on 'Hide times' on the package choice too, please view the guide for more info on this and how this works!
