To view what upcoming appointments a practitioner is booked in for head to Settings > Resources > Practitioners > select the practitioner > and head to the 'Upcoming appointments and sessions' tab.
Here you will be able to see a list of the upcoming appointments for this practitioner. It will list the appointment type name, the date and the time. You can use the arrows to move between pages to view more appointments.
If you select the three dots next to a specific appointment, you can choose “Go to order”, which will take you directly to the order if you wish to make any changes, or “View on calendar”, which will redirect you to the calendar where the order is located.
For sessions, by clicking on the three dots next to the session, you will have the option “Go to session”, which will redirect you to the settings for that particular session, or “View on calendar”, which will redirect you to the calendar where the session is located.
If deleting a Practitioner, make sure to check the Upcoming Appointments tab to reallocate the practitioners appointments to another before Trybe will allow you to delete the practitioner. If you attempt to delete a practitioner that has future appointments booked, you will get a warning message stating 'There are future appointment assigned to this practitioner'.
