If you do not receive the password rest email, here is what you should do next:
Check your junk mail - the reset password email may have landed in your junk instead so be sure to double check this!
If the email is not in your junk mail either then you will need to raise this with your IT department to see if they need to add @try.be to the safe list. The email that the password reset emails are sent from is [email protected]. If possible it would be best to whitelist anything with the try.be domain.
If you have checked junk mail and whitelisted the try.be domain yet are still not receiving the email then we would suggest you head to Settings > Manage users > change the user's email address to another email (they will hopefully receive the email) > then send out the password reset email. They can then set their password via this and then you can head back to Settings > manage users > go onto the user's profile > change the email address back to their work email.
