Why am I not receiving the password reset email?

If you do not receive the password reset email, here is what you should do next:

  • Check your junk mail - the reset password email may have landed in your junk instead so be sure to double check this!

  • If the email is not in your junk mail either then you will need to raise this with your IT department to see if they need to add @try.be to the safe list. The email that the password reset emails are sent from is [email protected]. If possible it would be best to whitelist anything with the try.be domain.

Lastly, if that doesn't work, contact our Support team on [email protected]
