In this section you will be able to enter the following information...

  • Privacy Policy

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

To set up the terms and conditions for your spa, go to Settings > Marketing & comms > Legal.

Here you will be able to set up you Terms and Conditions and your Privacy Policy.

  • Terms and Conditions: Here you can write the terms for booking online as this will be visible on your shop front when a customer makes a booking or purchases a membership. If you would like to hyperlink any phrase to more detailed terms and conditions, this can be done by pressing the link/ chain icon (circled in the screenshot). This means that a customer will be able to press this phrase and it will redirect them to the detailed terms and conditions of the spa. Remember to select 'Update terms and conditions' when done.

  • Privacy Policy: Here you can enter the Privacy policy. This will be visible online when a customer makes a booking or purchases a membership. If you would like to hyperlink any phrase to more detailed terms and conditions, this can be done by pressing the link/ chain icon (circled in the screenshot). Select 'Update privacy policy' when complete.

Both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy policy are accessibly by the footer on your shop front and accessible when making a booking or purchasing a membership.

By proceeding to the payment the customer is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy policy.

Tax information

You can enter in your tax information on Trybe and this will be displayed on your VAT membership receipts and summary emails.

To add this information head to Settings > Marketing & comms > Legal > Scroll down to 'Tax info' section.

Here you can enter your tax ID (for UK based businesses this is your VAT number) and provide the registered address for your business.

Once you have entered in the information select 'Update tax info' to save changes.

This tax info will be displayed on the membership receipts (see screenshot below to see where this will show up). View the membership receipts guide to see how to download these receipts!
