Now you have a user account, you can create separate log in details for all your team (no extra charge, you have unlimited account access!)

Creating new users

To create a new user account, simply head to:
Settings > Manage users > 'Add User'> Enter in the users full name and a valid email address> Add.

You can edit the user details at any time by selecting the three dots next to the user's name > edit.

Next you'll need to set them up with Site Access ... see 'Site access options' below to learn more.

Important: The user will be sent an email to verify their Email Address. The link will only be active for 3 hours so make sure they action this within this time. If not, they can request a new Password Reset link from the email.

Site access options

After you've successfully created a user account, there's various levels of permission that can be given. To get to the user permissions you must select the three dots next to the user's name > edit > Permissions > select on the white box to add site access to users. A pop up will appear where you can toggle on/ off certain user permissions.

These are the lists of user permissions that are available:

  • Therapist - Therapists have read-only access to the system. This should be used to give users basic access to clients and reservations.

  • Standard - Standard users can create and manage clients and reservations. Give this role to users who can manage your operation.

  • Spa Manager - This user has all permissions, including the ability to manage user permissions, update settings and manage the rota.

Only one of the above permissions levels needs to be chosen per user and then you can opt into all or as little of the below permissions as required:

  • Inventory Manager - Inventory managers can view inventory, create adjustments, receive orders and post stock takes.

  • Reports - This role grants users access to view and download reports.

  • Intake Forms - This role grants users access to view and print intake forms.

Simply toggle on/off the permissions that you want to grant the users.

Reset your password

Should a user require a new password, they can request this by heading to the log in page - app.try.be - and selecting the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.
The user will be asked to fill in their email address for the account and a new reset link will be emailed to them.

Should for any reason the user be unable to do this, if you have Spa Manager access, you'll be able to send a Password reset email for their account. You can do this by heading to Settings> Manage users > select the three dots next to the user > 'Send password reset' > email will then be sent to the user.

Or you can select the three dots > edit >Security > 'Send password reset' > email will then be sent to the user:

Deleting users

Should you need to delete a User account and remove all access, you can do this really easily from your an account that has Spa Manager access.

To do this head to Settings> Manage users > find the User in the list> select the three dots > Delete.

When you select 'Delete' a warning message will appear stating that deleting the user will mean that they no longer have access to the site. So ensure you are happy to delete this user. If you are select 'Delete' and they will be removed from the system.

Add a picture to a user

You can add a picture to a user account!

To do this head to settings > manage users > select the three dots of the user you want to add a picture to > edit > details

In the user details there is a section called 'Avatar'. To upload an image you can drag and drop the image here or select 'Browse files' > then select the image from your files > once uploaded scroll to 'Save'.

The image must be max 1mb. If the image exceeds this size it will not upload.

How to disable a user's two factor authentication

If you have the user permission of Spa Manager you will be able to disable a user's two factor authentication.

To do this head to Settings > Manage users > select the three dots next to the user you want to disable the authentication for > Disable 2FA.

Or select the three dots next to the user > edit >Security > Disable 2FA.
