On each client profile on the right hand side below the notes there is an audit for any changes to do with the client's details i.e. if you add a DOB/ change the email address/ phone number of the client.
The audit will show who carried out the action and when.
You can select on the 'View details' to see more details of what the change was.
Please note if it states 'Trybe' then this means it was automated by Trybe. For example a user may have sent out a password reset email so this will be logged in the audit however, once they have set their password and the email is verified the verification will be done by Trybe.

Membership audit
If you head to Clients > select a Client > head to the Membership section > if there is a membership listed and you select the three dots here it will have and option to 'See audit log'.
If you select this you will be able to view all the information to do with this membership. You can see when it was added, when the status was changed. Then if any edits are made to the membership this will also be recorded too. For example, if a membership type/ rate is changed, if the end date is change this will all be shown along with the date/ time and user that made the changes.
