When are credits issued?
When someone signs up for a membership that has credits associated with it, they will automatically receive the credit if the credit has been set up to be 'Issued on signup'. If the 'issued on signup' is not toggled on for the credit, then they will receive the credit on the next billing date. Recurring credits guide.
When will credits be reissued?
For memberships with auto-payments enabled, credits will be reissued on the next billing date as soon as we initiate a charge as long as the membership was in an 'Active' state. If the membership was in a 'Needs attention' state and then hit the next billing date, the credits will not be issued until the membership status is back to 'Active'. For memberships with manual payments, the credits will not be automatically issued on the next billing date. The credits will only be reissued when a user records a manual payment on this membership. To record the payment select the three dots next to the membership > Record payment > select the payment type > Record. See second screenshot
