How can I refund a membership charge?
To refund a membership charge head to Clients > select the profile > expand the membership. In the 'Recent charges' section you will see all recent membership charges. To refund the membership charge select the three dots next to the charge > Refund.
You are able to choose whether you want to fully refund the membership or partially refund.
Full > Refund
Partial > you will need to enter in the amount in the 'Amount to refund' box > Refund.
Once refunded the membership charge will be in a 'Refunded' or 'Part. refunded' status. See image 3!
You will be able to view your refunded membership charges in the Transactions report! You can toggle on the ‘Payment for’ filter > select ‘Membership’, then toggle on the ‘Charge type’ and select ‘Refund’ and view all your membership refunds.
