Transactions

To access your transaction report head to Reports > Transactions. 

The 'Transactions' report records all payments and refunds both processed via Stripe/ Trybe Pay (Adyen) and any manually recorded payments.

Filters:

The report will default to show the 'Transaction date' (date transaction was made) you can change the date range by select the date range from the drop down calendar.

You can add additional filters to the report by selecting 'Add filter':

  • Revenue date - revenue realised date. From here you can then select the date range.

    • The revenue date of an Order is taken as the latest date an item has been booked i.e. if a guest has items booked over the 31st October and 1st November, the Revenue Date for all of those items would be the 1st November.

  • Payout date - the date the transactions payout is recognised - see guide.

  • Payment for - filter by your Order or Membership payments

  • Charge type - the type of transactions i.e. Payment or Refund

  • Order status - filter by order status i.e. cancelled/ settled etc.

  • Processor - the payment processor used for transactions

Totals:

This section will list a total of any manual payments, Stripe payments, Trybe vouchers etc that have been used for transactions. The data will be based on the filters that you have selected.

Each section will state:

  • Payment type i.e. any manual payments you have set up in settings, Stripe, Trybe vouchers, Trybe Pay etc.

  • Payments - Total amount of payments for this payment type

  • Refunds - Total amount of refunds for this payment type

  • Balance - An overall balance for this payment type. (Payments - Refunds = Balance)


Transactions:

If you scroll down you will see the Transactions list, this will show you any transactions based on the filters and date range you have selected.

 
The report will display:

  • Amount- This will show the amount of the transaction and also the status of the transaction i.e. paid or complete. 

  • Charge type - this is the type of transaction so it could be a payment or refund. 

  • Processor - this is the payment method that was used i.e. Stripe, Manual payments (cash/ card)

  • Revenue date - This is the date of the booking

  • Order ref - this will list the order reference of the transaction. You can then select on the reference and it will direct you to the order.  

  • Customer - name of the customer. You can select their name and this will take you directly to the client profile

  • Transaction date - the date and time the transaction was made

You can then export this report by selecting 'Export'. On this excel sheet you will also see a 'Payout ref' and a 'Payout date'. The Payout date column gets updated daily with the date and Stripe reference.
