RezControl connects your spa, wellness, and leisure bookings in Trybe with your core hotel operations in RezControl so a guest's treatment activity and their room stay show up as one connected journey, with spa charges posting straight to the guest's room folio.
Before you start
Like our other PMS integrations, this connection pushes your Trybe revenue and payments across to RezControl so they land on the guest's room bill. It does not sync RezControl bookings back into your Trybe calendar.
You'll need to obtain your connection credentials from RezControl before you begin:

Please contact RezControl support or your onboarding manager to confirm which applies and to request the credentials.
Setting up the integration
In Trybe, go to Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > RezControl.
Enter the credentials provided by RezControl.
Select Save, then Enable Integration.
Once enabled, you'll see a Mapping Configuration section appear.
It's important to note that as soon as you start configuring each section, Trybe will start to push anything that's mapped across to RezControl. If nothing is mapped, Trybe won't be able to post so please leave this blank until you're ready to configure everything.
Before you start setting up the configuration, please read through each section below to understand what mapping and setup you'll need in place on the RezControl side.

Based on the standard postings every live Trybe PMS integration supports, you should expect the following:

Recommended rollout steps
To help ensure you don't end up with some orders posting and others not while you're mid-configuration:
While completing mapping, ask your team not to check out any orders until configuration is complete.
Complete the mapping configuration in full.
Once completed, turn the posting behaviour back on.
Your team can then continue checking out orders as normal.
When your first order is checked out, use it to confirm postings are landing in the right place in RezControl. Alternatively, run a test order first before checking out a real guest booking.
