With Trybe, you now have the ability to connect your spa system directly to your Cendyn CRM! In order to get the integration started, we'd recommend to first get in touch with the Cendyn informing them that you would like to connect the two systems together.
From there, the team will reach out to Trybe to request an API key which will be used to send information directly to the CRM based on events taking place within Trybe. When created, you will see a user labelled 'Cendyn API' in your Manage Users section.
After this, the team at Cendyn will then request that a webhooks configuration is created for them which will appear similar to the below when heading to Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > Webhooks.
Within this page, when clicking on 'Cendyn API' (or by clicking the three dots > Edit), from the 'Events' section, you will just need to select the events below which will send directly to Cendyn! Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom right of the page.
Now your integration is complete! For any new or current Trybe bookings or any client profile changes or additions, an event will be sent to Cendyn to update this in the CRM.
This will then generate what is known as a 'Customer rich profile' displaying all activities the guest has been involved in around the hotel, spa and any other activities!
