Set up
With Trybe, you now have the ability to connect your spa system directly to your Revinate CRM! In order to get the integration started, we'd recommend to first get in touch with the Revinate team informing them that you would like to connect the two systems together.
From there, the team at Revinate will reach out to Trybe to request an API key which will be used to send information directly to the CRM based on events taking place within Trybe. When created, you will see a user labelled 'Revinate API' in your Manage Users section.
After this has been generated by our tech team, this will then be sent back to you to provide to the Revinate to connect.
After that, your integration is complete!
Behaviour
For any new or current Trybe bookings or any client profile changes or additions, an event will be sent to Revinate to update this in the CRM. This will then generate what is known as a 'Customer rich profile' displaying all activities the guest has been involved in around the hotel, spa and any other activities!
