Viewing your session attendees
Head to your Calendar and find the session you want to manage. Each session block shows you the name and how many spaces have been filled (e.g. 15 / 15 spaces). Click on the session to open the Session details panel, where you'll see a full list of attendees with their order references, along with a running total of check-ins and no shows at the bottom.
Checking in a guest
When a guest arrives, open the Session details panel by clicking on their session in the calendar. Find their name in the attendee list, click on the three dots to the right of their name and select Check in. The checked-in total at the bottom of the panel will update straight away and a tick will show next to the guest's name:
Marking a guest as no show
If a guest doesn't turn up, click on the three dots next to their name and select No show. This keeps your attendance records accurate without affecting the session's available capacity. The guest's name will be crossed out and a block symbol will show next to the name. You can view a summary of your no shows in the Cancellations and No Shows report.
Checking out a guest early
If a guest finishes before the session ends, click three dots next to their name and select Check out. The guest's name will be crossed out. Their spot will be released immediately and made available for new bookings in real time, so if your Spa access session is full and a guest leaves at 12pm, that space can be picked up straight away.
This allows you to have real-time availability.
All action can be reversed. Once selected, you will be able to:
'Undo check-in'
'Undo no-show'
'Undo check-out'
To track your session availability and number of guests booked into a session you can use the Sessions report.
