Configure an appointment type to require two practitioners per guest, perfect for treatments like four-hands massage where two practitioners work with a single guest at the same time.
This setting lives on the appointment type itself. Once set, every booking of that type will automatically require two practitioners per guest when scheduling.
How to set this up?
Firstly head to Settings > then navigate to Appointment Types and open the type you want to configure, or create a new one.
Scroll to the "Practitioners" section in the appointment type configuration. Toggle on "Require two practitioners per guest"...
Scroll to the bottom of the page and "Save" to save changes. Once this is actioned, this will mean two practitioners will be required per guest for this appointment type.
For example, here you can see it has assigned the 2 practitioners for one guest as this is required in the appointment types settings...
