Unable to send emails/ texts on an order

If you have created an order and you add the items to the order and then you head to the "Messages" tab to go to send an email/ text confirmation. If there is no email/ phone number associated to the lead booker of the order then an error will pop up stating there is "Missing email address and phone number"...

Until an email address is added you will not be able to send any emails. Until a phone number is added you will not be able to send any texts.

To add an email/ phone number for this specific order you can head to the "Guests" tab and manually enter in the email and/ or phone number and "Save details"...

Or if you have the email address and/ or phone number and want to associate it to the client profile then you can head to the client profile and edit the email/ phone...

Once this is actioned, and you head back to the order you'll see that the details do then pull through to the client details section. All you have to do then so that the updates pull through to the order is head to the "Guests" tab and select "Reset to client details"...

This will then pull through any changes made to the client's name, email address or phone. As you can see here the email address has now been assigned to the lead booker...

So the email confirmation can now be sent on this order as an email has been associated to the lead booker...
