When a session or event is coming up you may want a way to quickly retrieve all of the lead bookers email addresses if you want to be able to contact them.
To get all of these email addresses into an export you can head to the orders tab. Here you can use the "Item date" filter to filter by a particular date. Here you would set the date of the session. Then you can use the "Session types" filter to filter by the particular session...
Once this done, you will then see all the orders that include this session and are taking place on the date you filtered by. You can then use the "Export" button to export this information into a spreadsheet. In the export, you can use column N to find the email address of all of the lead bookers...
Therefore, you now have all the lead bookers email addresses for this particular session in one place!
