To access these reports, you must first be granted the appropriate Organisational Report permission. Once that permission is in place, you will see a new Organisation section under the Reports tab.

Please contact [email protected] for Organisational Reporting access to be added to your account.

Once you have been given the Organisational Reporting access, head to Reports > at the bottom of the page you'll see an Organisation tile (as above image)

Within this section, three familiar report types are available: Revenue Allocation Summary, Revenue by Sales Channel, and Item Sales Summary. These are existing reports, but with a key enhancement—rather than showing data from just one site, they now consolidate and display data across all sites within the organisation.

Revenue Allocation Summary report

You will first see an overall organisational total broken down by day. This summary includes revenue across all sites and will then be further split by revenue centres. Since different sites may use different revenue centre structures, this section may include a broad range of Revenue centre names. Standard revenue centres will appear first, while any custom revenue centres will appear at the end of the list.

Below the organisational total, charts and data are displayed for each individual site within the organisation, making it easy to track performance at both macro and micro levels.

Given the potential size of this report, it may be helpful to apply filters such as a smaller 'date range' or select 'Add filter' and toggle on 'Labels' this will then allow you to filter the report by the Order label(s) you choose or 'Site', this will change the view to 'Organisation total' and we only display the site(s) you have selected.

Revenue by Sales Channel

This report follows the same structural format. The report starts with an organisational total, followed by a breakdown per site.

You can use the date range filter to change the date range. You can also filter by:

  • Sales channel: Filter to just items of the selected channel

  • Revenue centre: Filter to just items of the selected revenue centre

  • Received date: Filter for items with a revenue date between these dates

  • Item date: Filter to only include items booked in between these dates

  • Site: This will change the view to 'total', and we only display the site(s) you have selected.

Item Sales Summary

This report aggregates item-level sales data across all sites.

It does not offer a site-level breakdown by default; instead, it lists all items sold across the organisation in a single combined view and indicates the Site the Offering is for in the third column of the report.

Given the potential size of this report, it may be helpful to apply filters such as a smaller 'date range' or a specific 'offering type' to make the data more manageable.

You can, as with the other reports, export the filtered data for external use.

All revenue values across the organisational reports are presented in a single currency, which is predefined for the organisation. This ensures consistency, even when data is sourced from sites operating in different countries and currencies.
