To access your Gantner audit report head to Reports > Customers > Gantner audit.
This report shows you the activity of your Gantner devices.

The report will list:
Type - this will either be "Granted" or "Denied" regarding whether the customer could or couldn't be granted access via the gantner device
Customer - This will have the customer name and email address. You will be able to click on the customer name and it will take you directly to their client profile
Device - the device the customer is trying to gain access through. This will be the name of the gantner device you have set up in your settings
Occurred at - date and time the attempt to gain access was
View payload - you can select on this to view the payload we received from the device for this particular attempt
You can narrow down the report to gather specific information about your Gantner audit by filtering the report. Simply click on "Add filter" at the top left, where you will find the following options:
Date: Filter by a specific date range.
Type: Filter by log type, which can be:
Access granted: When access has been granted to the member.
Access denied: When access has not been granted to the member.
Device: If you have multiple doors with your Gantner integration, you will be able to select a specific one.
Top tip💡: When access has been "Denied" for a customer, if you want to see the reason for the denied access, simply hover over the red "Denied" label and the reason will be displayed.
