To access your Check-ins report head to Reports > Check-ins.

This report will give you an audit log of when your guests have been checked in.

What do we mean by checked in?

There are various different ways guests can be checked in depending what you have set up in your settings! For example, guests can be checked in when their membership pass is scanned, or if you have integration with Gantner** these check ins will also appear on the report. You can also manually check in customers via their client profile and this will appear on this report too.

This report will display check-ins for the date range selected. You can change the date range by selecting a date from the drop down calendar that appears.

The report will list:

  • Customer - This will have the customer name and email address. You will be able to click on the customer name and it will take you directly to their client profile

  • Checked in at - the date and time the customer was checked in

  • Method - this will let you know how the customer was checked in i.e. Scanned (pass scanned), Check-in button (manually checked in via the client profile) or Gantner device and the name of the device

You can also export this report by selecting the 'Export' button.

** If you are interested in the Gantner integration and would like more info please reach out!
