How to manually check in a guest

Has a guest forgot their pass so you are unable to check them in?

No worries, you can manually check them in via their client profile!

To do this head to Clients > select/ search for the client > select 'Check in'.

When you check in a pop up will appear saying the client has successfully checked in.

You will be able to keep track of check-ins by heading to the 'Check-ins' report. To do this head to the Reports tab then select 'Check-ins'.
