If you are looking to monitor your access to guests on-site using the facilities, Trybe integrates with Gantner to control your doors to the Spa or Leisure facilities! This integration allows you to set-up different access rules for guests that have bookings for that day. The integration with Gantner will also allow you to control access rules for your members!
If you have Gantner already, you will need to contact Salto Systems to inform them of your switch to Trybe and they will begin the process of actioning this. We currently integrate with two devices being the G6000 and GT7 devices. If you have a G6000 device, this will require some intervention from Salto and Trybe so please do inform your onboarding agent of the device that you have.
Once your devices has been integrated with Trybe, you will be able to find these via this link or by heading to Settings > Manage integrations > Gantner.
You will then see your access doors listed in the Devices section and be able to see if they are in use or not...
How to remotely open a Gantner device?
If you want to open a Gantner device remotely you can do this in Trybe!
Please note regarding remotely opening a Gantner device, this is only supported for GT7 and GRT7 devices. This isn't supported for G6000 devices.
Head to Settings > Manage integrations > Gantner > find the device in the list > select the three dots > Open...
Once selected, the device will open momentarily and then automatically close it afterwards.
Or rather than having to head to the Gantner settings page, you can also remotely open a Gantner device from anywhere in the app by selecting Ctrl-K (or Cmd-K on macOS) and type "Open Gantner device"...
Then select the device you want to open from the list and it will open!
How to configure access rules for your Gantner device?
To configure you access rules head to Settings > Manage integrations > Gantner > find the device in the list > select the three dots > Edit...
You will then be taken to this page where you can change the name of the device and create you entry rules...
To create an entry configuration select "New entry rule". You will then be taken to a page where you can set the type of access whether it applies to an item or a membership alongside the days of the week and the times that access is allowed....
Rule type
Here you can configure who is allowed to access through this device. You can select from the following options:
Allow all
Active members only
Specific membership types only - if this rule is selected, you'll then have to select the membership types
Customers that have an item
Date and time
Here you can configure when this entry rule should be enforced. This allows you to set specific date, times and date ranges for when this entry rule applies
You can leave the timings blank if you want this to apply all day and you can leave the date range blank if you want this rule to be continuous too.
Keeping track of Gantner device activity:
Once the rules have been set and the doors are allowing/denying access, you will be able track all guests coming via Gantner notifications and the Gantner audit report! Keep reading to find out more...
Gantner Notifications
Here you can choose if you want to opt in to receive a notification when customers use Gantner devices.
Head to Settings > Manage integrations > Gantner > scroll to "Notifications"...
Here you can set this to provide notifications for all attempted access, any access that is denied and any access that is allowed, simply select the option that best suits you...
Remember to "Save changes" once you select the notification type.
Please note these notifications only apply to this site and only for your user! Each user will have to set this up if they want to receive Gantner notifications.
Gantner audit report
To access this report head to Reports > Customers > Gantner audit. This report allows you to track the guest name, the time and date of access and the device that they had used to obtain/ deny access. Please view the guide here for more info.
