Would you like to sell physical vouchers within your organisation? If so, in order to enable voucher delivery, you first need to set up your delivery options by heading to Settings > Marketing & comms > Voucher delivery.
From here, you will be able to find your voucher delivery list:
To create a delivery option, click 'Add delivery option' to open a pop-up window, where you can enter the following details:
Name: The name of the voucher delivery option (e.g., Standard Delivery).
Description: Details about the delivery option.
Price: The cost of the delivery.
Revenue Centre: Select the revenue centre to which the voucher delivery should be affiliated.
Once you're happy with the details provided, select 'Create'.
The voucher delivery will then appear in the list.
PLEASE NOTE: As soon as you create a voucher delivery option this will then automatically be an option on your shop front that your guests can then select when purchasing a voucher.
To edit it, click on the three dots (⋮) and select 'Edit'. This will reopen the pop-up window, allowing you to modify the voucher delivery details.
To archive it, click on the three dots (⋮) and select 'Archive'.
If you want to reorder your voucher delivery options, you can do so by selecting 'Reorder delivery options':
From here, you can reorder the options by either dragging them to the desired position or clicking on the three dots (⋮) and selecting one of the following options:
Then select 'Save'.
You can view your archived delivery options by toggling on 'Archived delivery options', which will display all the voucher deliveries you have archived.
To restore an archived delivery option, click on the three dots (⋮) and select 'Restore'
This will make the voucher delivery option reappear in the main list.
When selling a voucher, you will be able to select from these delivery options. Please refer to this guide for more information.
