Do you often use LiveChat to talk to our wonderful Support team but don't get a notification when they have responded?
This will be because you don't have 'Push Notifications' enabled. To enable push notifications for Live Chat in Chrome, when you have the Trybe app open select the lock symbol > Site settings.
From here you will then have to select 'Allow' for the following permissions:
Notifications
Pop-ups and redirects
Sound
If you select 'Allow' from the drop down for all of these you will enable the push notifications :)
