You want to integrate Trybe with Mews? That's fantastic news!

First thing's first, you'll need to visit the Mews Marketplace to retrieve your Access Token. Once you have this, you can enter the Access Token on the configuration page > select SAVE > and 'Enable Integration'

When you Enable the integration, you'll see a Mapping Configurations section appear.

It is important to note that as soon as you start configuring each section Trybe will start to push to anything that is mapped across to Mews. If nothing is mapped Trybe won't be able to post, so please leave this blank until you are ready to configure everything.

Before you start setting up the configuration, please read through each section to understand what mapping and set up you need to have in place on the Mews side.

When you are ready to integrate please follow the steps below carefully to help ensure you don't have some orders posting and some not whilst you're completing the configuration:

  1. Ensure that Post Prepayments is turned off. This is turned off as default and is found at the bottom of the Mapping Configuration section if you want to double check this is turned off.

  2. Because the Post Prepayments behaviour is disabled, it means that Trybe will only try to post anything when Orders are checked out. Therefore, whilst you are completing the Configuration please ask your team to NOT Check Out any Orders until the configuration is complete.

  3. Now you can complete the configuration.

  4. Once completed, turn the Post Prepayments behaviour on by selecting the toggle. It will turn blue when it is enabled.

  5. Now your team can continue to Check Out Orders.

  6. When your first Order is checked out, please use this to check the postings are going to the right place. Alternatively, before checking out a real life Order, you can make a test order at this point to test the mapping.
