How to set up your integration with Trybe and Hotsoft:

To begin your integration with Hotsoft you will first need to include your IT team and Hotsoft themselves to establish the following three points are configured:

  • IP Address - The Trybe IP Address is 63.34.76.240. and should be provided to both the site's IT team and Hotsoft

  • Host - This will be provided by the site's IT team

  • Port - This can be agreed between Trybe, Hotsoft and the IT team but typically is 64999.

Once this information has been established head to settings > manage integrations under the integrations header > select configure on the HotSoft tile ( screenshot 1 ) > Here you can add in the Host and Port agreed with Hotsoft and the sites IT team ( screenshot 2 ) > once this information has been entered select save.

Once successfully saved this will generate an enable integration button and once selected the red disabled circle will turn green and be labelled "Enabled". This will now allow you to complete your mapping integration.
