For-Sight integration

In our Integration settings, it is really simple to connect Trybe up to For-Sight. You'll just need your FTP Credentials for For-Sight (Username & Password). If you don't know these, please reach out to your contact at For-Sight and they should be able to send the details over.

Go to Settings > Manage Integrates > CRM > For-Sight > Configure > enter in the credentials > Save > Enable Integration. Once the integration is enabled, Trybe will send information over to For-sight every time the below happens:

  • an Order is submitted in the App (by a Trybe user) or Booking Engine (online customer booking)

  • an Order is cancelled in the App (by a Trybe user) or Booking Engine (online customer booking)

  • an Order is checked out in the App (by a Trybe user)

  • an Order is marked as a no show in the App (by a Trybe user)

Depending what information is stored on the Order, Trybe will send the below information to For-sight:

  • Customer ID

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Received Date

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Cancellation Date

  • Order Reference

  • Order Status

  • Number of Guests

  • Total Cost

  • Sales Channel

Trybe does NOT send across the Marketing Preferences of clients.

Please note Trybe will only send across new data added to Trybe after the integration has been enabled. It will not send across historical data made prior to the integration being activated.
