You'll find a record of all of your past and future Payouts in your Reports section > Finance > Payouts
After the initial 14 days to receive the first Payout, each day of payments will create an individual Payout to be received into your bank each day*
You can view each Payout, to see a list of all Payments taken that day and any Refunds** taken that day. You'll have the unique Order Reference for each Payment and Refund as well as an overall Total. You can also refer to your Transaction Report to view these transactions in further detail.
Important:
* The Payout date is the day the payout is initiated and the Est. Date is the date you can expect to then receive the money in your bank.
** Refunds will be taken off the Total of the Payments taken that day. If your Refund total exceeds your Payment total that day, we will take your Refunds off the next Payout where you have taken enough Payments to deduct the Refund.
If a payout is marked as failed, it usually means that not enough payments have been received on your Trybe Pay account yet for the payout to be processed and sent to your bank account. Failed payout will automatically retry for 14 days. Past this period, if the payout still shows as failed, you can contact support for further assistance.
