To access this report head to Reports > Revenue allocations summary.
This report is essentially the business on the books! It will provide you with two separate reports; a Summary report and a Revenue allocations report that breaks it down by date. In regards to the data this report looks at, please note:
This report only includes revenues from Confirmed (Submitted) and Checked Out (Settled) Orders. It does not included revenues from any Order that has been cancelled, marked as a no show, In Progress or New.
This report will include revenues of Membership Joining Fees and Pro-rata payments but will not include the recuring Monthly/Yearly payments. The payments this will include can be found on your Orders page > and filtering by 'Only membership orders' - see guide.
You can filter this report based on Revenue Date. The revenue date of an Order is taken as the latest date an item has been booked i.e. if a guest has items booked over the 31st October and 1st November, the Revenue Date for all of those items would be the 1st November.
These reports are then based against the revenue centres you have created in your settings. It will show the amount of revenue per revenue centre and the amount of items per revenue centre.
The Summary section shows the total data for the date range selected. This report is listed by the 'Items paid' and 'Items unpaid' (any outstanding balances) with a total amount of the paid and unpaid added together. To break this down by each day within the date range you can scroll down to the 'Revenue allocations' section.
The Revenue allocations section shows the same information as the summary report but instead of it being collective data over the date range selected, this will break it down per date within the date range. So you will see an individual mini report for each date.
You can use the date range filter to change date range. You can then also select 'Add filter' and toggle on 'Labels' this will then allow you to filter the report by the Order label(s) you choose.
You can Export this report using the export button in the top left to obtain Total Gross revenues to aid with payment reconciliation.
Remember to use the horizontal scroll bar to move along the report and view more information such as the total, number of items and an average per item.
If you want to see a breakdown of this even further head to the 'Revenue allocations breakdown' report.
