Changing sender's email address

Would you like to change the email address from which all Trybe emails are sent? You can do so when creating your email branding by using the Email from Address option!

This is an easy process which will only require a verification of the email address. To enter the sender’s email address, head to Email branding > enter the email address in the first section > select Save Changes.

Once you have saved your email address, you will see a red light under the email with “ Not verified” written. You would have received an email asking you to verify your email.

This might take a few minutes for the system, but once verified, your email will now display a green light under it with “Verified” written. This will then automatically change the sender’s email for ALL types of emails sent from Trybe.

This allows for Trybe emails to be sent to an email address other than a no-reply one. It will then open up the opportunity for clients to send requests or information back to the site if needed.

Once this has been set up, this will apply across all emails sent from Trybe.
